  1. I've been adding Lemon Juice, Salt, Liquid Stevia together with a beer mug amount of water for a great Lemonade drink. I usually have it first thing in the morning or anytime my Ghrelin spikes to quell the hunger. It's also a good drink to accompany "cheat" meals where I expect to have a higher than average insulin spike.

    Thanks for this useful tip, Doc. I had no idea what else I could do with it! Now I think I'll be willing to experiment with it more. Thank you so much for everything you've been doing for the community.

  2. I went to get some blood work done recently and I have low co2 in my blood, so basically I have a high acidity. Should I back off the acv or is this the purpose to get my blood more acidic?

  3. I make a drink out of it. I use Costco products, 1/2 cup of ACV, 1/2 cup of lemon juice in a base of 64 oz of filtered water (or alkaline water). I add 6 1/4 tsp of micronutrients stevia. Voila! Tastes great. Helps digestion, great on the blood sugars.

  4. I your hot sauce you seams to be using Sambal Oleak chili sauce. I looked into the ingredienses and it contains two perservatives thay are both toxic to humans. Potassium Sorbate: A preservative used to suppress formation of molds and yeasts in foods, wines and personal care products. In-vitro studies suggest that it is toxic to DNA and has a negative affect on immunity.
    ► Sodium Bisulfite may cause mutations (genetic changes). Jersey Department of Health, Sodium Bisulfite has been tested and has not been shown to affect reproduction. low future exposure can cause itching and a skin rash. exposure may cause bronchitis to develop with coughing, phlegm, and/or shortness of breath. Any comment on this?

  5. I make my apple cider v drink with sparkling water lemon or lime juice and a splash of stevia its delicious and refreshing! I found some little cans of pure ginger juice in the shop so now I'm going to add a splash of that in the mornings too..

  6. Another tasty way to use ACV is to make switchel, AKA Hay Maker's Punch. It has water, ACV, ginger root, a lime, and some sweetener (I use Truvia, don't know if Dr E approves though). I grate the ginger to get the goody out of it faster and my wife likes me to leave it in the drink. Plenty of recipes online.
