  1. Well this video was a bit terrifying. I was briefly hospitalized with excruciating stomach pain and by divine providence escaped having my gall bladder removed. I'm probably 6 weeks into serious keto and fasting but I'm recognizing that my body is sicker than I thought. I'm sure my pancreas and gall bladder need healing. And I don't think I have any kind of healthy microbiome. I'm wondering about eating a small amount of sauerkraut on my fasting days just to improve my gut health? I've been on levothyroxine, PPIs, lisinopril and misc. drugs for decades. So my liver has taken a beating also. So it's OK that I feel a little sickish because my body is going thru enormous corrective changes and detoxification. Gratitude over and over again to Dr. Ekberg.
    I want to add one more thing. I still have strong desires for pasta, junk food and fries. So I think that there is an addictive factor to processed food that is not emotional eating (another thing).

  2. Awesomeness, I’m a 74 year old Metabolic disaster survivor. I recently took bile salts, for another try. Bingo after 3 doses I got a major pain from my right lower area near my belly button and I calmed down and two days later was still sensitive BUT I had a couple “normal bowel movements “ I mean text book , color, shape,texture and that has been a horrible problem for decades. Oh my goodness we hit the right spot even the right side of my neck and shoulder have relaxed, my Va doctor only cave my Fiber and that made me even more stuffed. So happy to meet you Dr.

  3. I wanna hear about gall bladder flushes from you. Do they really work? I had gall bladder flush 3 years ago and had what they call gall bladder stones. Were they really stones? The diet was only eating apples for 5 days then do the flush using olive oil and lemon juice.

  4. How do I heal this? I have these exact symptoms. Gastritis pain extending towards my left side AND pain over the right shoulder. Gastritis diagnosed via endoscopy. Doctors just gave me PPI which damage me neurologically so left me with painful feeling in head and sleep disability. It’s been 7 years I’m still suffering. I’m trying to stay away from dairy, gluten and sugar. I eat fresh home cooked meals but my body still suffers. I find that juicing celery and carrots really help. I make smoothies. I just get so thin. What must I do to heal?

  6. Correct! We are not born with unnecessary body parts! This includes the male foreskin. Women should stop having their sons endure this painful, disfiguring, violent act against a baby boy

  7. Very good insight why not to remove gb. However, the trick is how to remove the stones… Many tales there out but TCM does dissolve them n i saw an animal trial w a herb (veggie in particular) which works as well. Diet must be right as well of course. Also the Moritz flush is remarkable, however that needs special efforts over a year or so n not sure the best/fastest to start with.

Yes I'm now having lots of right shoulder pain and between right shoulder blades and right side of my neck, but the burning pain has spread down even further to the right closer to my appendix and kidney. the whole right side of my abdomen and back burns now. my skin and hands have started turning yellow and pain in my fingers, but not my eyes. I don't have nausea, vomiting, diarrhea or constipation though, but the color of my bowel movements keep fluctuating. brown one day then greenish brown and yellowish brown. I had Pale color once or twice so far, but they're not floating.

    I sorted out most of my health issues by including as many plants into my diet as I can afford or get my hands on, literally.
    Lately, I put a tablespoon or two in a big pot of every powder, leaves, seeds and roots of various plants that are not contra-indicated and add 15 litres of boiled water into the pot. If its edible, it goes into the pot is my mantra. I leave the mixture for 24 hours and sieve the liquid out, store in 2-5 litre bottles then put into the freezer. I take 1/2 a cup to a cup 1-3 days per week. Solved all my health problems. Fortunately, I am not allergic to any plant as far as I am aware.

    I have more energy, feel more alert, more in control of my emotions, moods are great, metabolism has improved, fatty liver is gone, inflammation gone, sight getting better, bowels move better without constipation, skin has cleared up, pimples gone, no more brittle nails, hair has stopped thinning, itching all over the body going for now, peed out lots of stones which was not funny at the time but here we are, etc.

    Its amazing since various plants nourish different body organs and systems. The mixture can last for 3-4 months, so I don't make it frequently which is a plus. Everything lasts longer.

  11. It's quite remarkable that the Gallbladder is medically considered "unnecessary" and taken routinely removed! We have had community members told that "it dates back to when we would fast on a wholly mammoth, and so is not useful nowadays"

  13. So clear and succinct. Of my recent attack, instead of sending me to review with a Gastroenterologists, ED referred me to a general surgeon. This clip is perfectly timed Dr Ekberg.   14. The fake chocolate they create today is an immediate gallbladder trigger. Any candy bar created that isn’t true chocolate will cause huge problems very quickly from my personal experience.

  15. Yep… Big Mistake. Didn't even get the chance to try to work on my diet. They ignored what I told them I had to eaten that week. The doctor said you'll be right back here. The saying listen to your gut… Yeah…listen to the gut in your Brain !!

  17. Oral Bpc 157 fixed all my gut issues. I suffered from acid reflux 5. To 6 days a week for 25 plus years. Haven't had heartburn in two years since I took the stuff.

PEOPLE GOT OMAD FROM A BOOK CALLED HOW TO EAT TO LIVE FROM ELIJAH and he stressed only those who live a certain life of right living on all levels to sustain in omad some of his followers eat one meal every two days or every three days… BUT THE AVERAGE PERSON TO B HEALTHY NEED TWO MEALS A DAY BETWEEN 4-6 IN MORNING AND 4-6 IN EVEN ..12 HRS. IS WHAT U NEED TO HEALTHY DIGEST A MEAL WHERE U GET THE BENEFIT. he says in the book..
