  1. Hi Dr. Ekberg, your video lists apricots twice. Which is correct? Also, what about tropical fruits like guava, papaya, and green mango? Are those safe to eat? Thanks for your awesome videos!

I absolutely love your videos haven't started keto yet but just cutting out sugary drinks,eating low carbs and switching to brown bread and rice has helped me back to normal blood sugar levels after a scary borderline diabetes diagnosis am trying to start full blown ketosis and your channel is the way to go thank you doc

  3. You are right, Dr. Egberg. I once ate 1 kg (two mangoes), called MANALAGI, during the night. My blood sugar in the next day, went up to 320.
    They are very delicious and super sweety…. But dangerous for those struggling against insulin resistance.
    Thanks for comprehensive advice.
