  1. How come you recommend eggs and meat but you are strongly against protein? Sounds like some inconsistency here. You also keep forgetting to mention how harmful saturated fat (butter, cream) is.

  2. What about Brazil Nuts? I love those too, heard a Dr. say the other day, that a person should eat at least 2-3 Brazil nuts a week…..those are very hard to crack, but when I buy nuts with the Brazil too, I find myself eating one of those first thing…..I do like them…..so how come that many Dr's does not recommend the Brazil nut ! Is there a reason for that ?

  3. Well, I was on a watermelon diet, and it worked great for me. I've lost weight faster than I thought I would. Additionally, I was walking (not running) about 3-4 miles a day.

  4. Very pleasant gentlemen and his lectures are thorough. Unfortunately dr. Sten Ekberg fails to recognize, that Primary source of energy for body cells is – Glucose and that prolonged Keto diet will ruin health completely. Sad.

  5. Ok so the Stevia i use in quantity to sweeten my 4-5 cups of coffee i just noticed has maltodextrin as the primary ingredient. i’m pre diabetic and doing intermittent fasting. So should i not use this in my coffee? If not what do i look for to find purer stevia?

  8. I'm educating myself as I'm trying to control and reverse my diabetes 2. I wondered why my keto sugar levels were still so high as I exempted myself from eating sugar. I didn't know carbs could release sugar. And I eat alot of carbs. Well from now on, no carbs and no sugar. It all makes sense. I'm also cutting out the grains. My goal is to reverse my diabetes.
