  3. Please advise people to get on the program! Please advise that the brain needs fat..good fat like whole milk, whole milk yoghurt, a little butter. Vegan diets here hurt children..rotting teeth…all carbs!

  4. I am dying BUT at 74 I’m much better than I was 3 years ago. I was diagnosed with everything bad and I flipped a switch. Now I call myself a Metabolic Disaster Survivor. I’ll check back in when I hit 90 and give a update. If your wondering how just stop sugar if you are over 3o or fat and keep researching till your mind clears. Good luck.

  5. 100% True. I had done this before I even saw this video and if you follow the points rigidly you will feel 10 years younger at least. I suffered with terrible Reflux and also an occasional weird thing when I would feel weak and couldn't get warm even if I led in a hot bath.
    Following these points completely eradicated all my problems.

  7. We have in Germany a big problem with the Coronavirus. We have to wear everywhere masks, people are forced to get vaccinated, if you don't vaccinated you not allowed to participate in social life like restaurant or cinema. But if I look at the death rate, many times more people die from insulin resistance than from Corona. Even our minister of health said last year that our bad lifestyle is potenting the risk of getting severe ill on Corona. But no one cares. This is so crazy. If I go to the super market, everywhere I see sugar and carbohydrates and more sugar. The candy section is much larger than the vegetable section! And than you have the bread, the pasta, all the jam and honey additionally.
    But the people here don't see that as an problem, they are not afraid of it.
    But the Coronavirus drives everybody crazy… 🤦🏻‍♂️
    15 years ago I was pre diabetic because I eated all the same garbage I mented above. I was fat and had no endurance, not a little! And than I changed my life. Now I'm in the optimal range of blood sugar and I'm a runner. And I love it!
    (And I had the Coronavirus in spring without any bigger trouble. And I guess the case not got severe sick is that I'm more healthy nowadays!)

    No Matter someone eat mcdonald 3 times a week or someone if a fitness crazy person drinking apple cider vinegar breakfast lunch and dinner. We are slowly dying.

  9. People say live healthy to live longer. They're wrong. You don't nessessarily live longer but stay healthier longer. With my mother, the suffering was so bad we were waiting for her to die. Can you imagine that? Take care of your health. Don't get addicted to food.

  10. The most deadly disease of all is called life, it is invariably fatal and everyone suffers from it. Most people are slowly dying from the age of about 23, but this is very protracted and the disease usually reaches its fatal conclusion about the age of 80. A small minority of sufferers manage to stagger on until they become centenarians. The disease can be accelerated by unhealthy lifestyles, so in many people death comes well before the age of 80. Scientists are looking for a cure, but so far without much luck. By far the best remedy at present is to adopt a healthy lifestyle at an early age, and this will slow down the progression of the disease to give you a good chance of becoming a centenarian.

  12. I watched the whole video as He seemed very intelligent but by the end it seemed it was another long long watch that told me to eat "real food" …….. We all know there are additives in everything . I did "stay with you " .

  13. In Canada holistic Doctors are not covered.But listening to Dr Ekberg I started fasting and lost weight,but also stopped insulin–None and feel great.He saved my government more than a dr visit.That is for now–but how much in time will he have saved them?

  14. I eat eggs, butter and cream every day–but NO sugar or starchy carbs–and I've lowered my A1C from 8 to 5.2. When I added MCT oil to my scrambled eggs, my cholesterol went down 100 points in 4 months. I've also lost 85 pounds–had polycystic ovarian disease–insulin resistant my whole adult life.
