  5. I reversed type 2 diabetes from 8.9 a1c down to 5.8 in three months but it cost way to much weight loss. Now I look like I'm in a WW II consecration camp. Seriously seeking a way to gain about 75% of the loss back without going back into diabetes. Taking a serious look into this video. Thanks for covering this Dr. Ekberg. Sure not much out here on this subject.

  8. ~ Where there is life, there is Hope.. I'd almost given up on independent confirmation that this question could ever occur to more than one brain. My surf previously had yielded the factoid that the entire group of brains owned by those said to be "underweight", is said to be a mere 1.7% of the total! I've been shocked and angered by the horrors of the "Nightmare on Sugar Maple Street" I've learned about concerning the grim reality of those suffering with Diabetes.
    Thank You for this enlightening and helpful article. I work at a physically intense warehouse and have been eating ~ 2 meals/day and while not counting calories that carefully, I'm sure that on many occasions, I get 3000 calories and have been bummed out that I can not seem to gain even enough weight to keep a baby bird alive! I weigh a measly 120, but would like to crank that up to at least 140. I don't have an insulin resistance issue TMK, but plan on including some level of fasting. It seems like I'm going to have to make "snacking" a regular feature of my strategy!

  9. I have high BP and mild fatty liver. I don't want to lose weight as I am not overweight but, I think, have a small pod. I don't eat fast food or sweets. Trying no processed carbs but basically keto. Is Keto right for me?
