  2. ive lost 25 pounds from intermitten fasting and ive reduced my high blood presure with keto its only been one month so i still have a ways to go but im on track to reaching my goal of getting of my medication . i love keto food and i feel so great and intermitten fasting is very rewarding but a little uncomfortable at times its still so rewarding . i recomend doing your exersise rutine in a fasted state .   3. So I am wondering about fruit enzymes and if that is why perhaps there has been a correlation with eating a serving of fruit with each meal to reduce the likelihood of diabetes?

  4. I barely eat two meals a day and it’t for the most part low carb. And as fat as ever with a fatty liver. The only more that i could do is just drink water and eat nothing. But…….i do drink wine. And if I can remove that perhaps it will change.

  5. I love you doctor, but I never look at anyone who is overweight and think "that guy is eating way too many apples……"
    I'm 53 and I'm a truck driver. I eat 2-3 fruits/berries a day, but I also stay within a calorie limit. I've never fasted and yet I'm in great physical condition. I can boast of being about 15% body fat.

I’m sneaking in a couple of digestives and semolina (Durham wheat) to breakfast. I particularly like the semolina.   8. I challenge the 'fructose' information presented in this video. Name research papers or medical textbooks (with page number) where that information is present. Even water is toxic in high dose, that does not mean water is bad for you and you should drink less water.

  9. I have recently started watching videos about Keto and very low carb diets. I have a question regarding this, will keto diets work well for people who have physically demanding jobs, and those who also do weight training?

    I also dance 2x per week on average, sometimes 3. I'm just under 11stone but concern that if I drop to 2 meals daily, or cut out more or less all carbs, I could lose strength and muscle and look malnourished. I may need to be guided by a gym professional who is knowledgeable about Keto diets. I've not really done fasting, although I did go 14hours from 1730 yesterday to just over 0730 today without food, and just drinking 500 litres of water, and it is challenging.

    I feel like I'm at a health catch-22 crossroads currently, approaching the mid 40's point and have managed to maintain a 30" waist line for many years but after witnessing a 1/4" increase the other day, I may now be at the age where I need to make changes. I've got away with a high protein diet with a fairly low carb one, but I may need to lower them even more. My slacking point is having 4 sandwiches everyday whilst at work, although I do have lots of good foods with the bread (parsley, coriander, chives, cherry tomatoes, red onion, spring onion, lettuce, and meat, plus I have raspberries, blueberries, grapes, sometimes cherries, sometimes Gauges, and strawberries when they are in season)and I do have a few yoghurts weekly, so most things are there, I just need to tweak a few things more than anything really.
