New to intermittent fasting; about 3 weeks; doing OMAD for about four days now; down 10 lbs. absolutely true…rarely hungry before dinner — shocked at how good the butter and MCT oil taste in coffee — I was a Hazelnut creamer fan and huge sweet tooth — rarely miss the sugar. THANKS Dr. Sten fir your informative delivery (without a sales pitch at the end).

  5. What with medicines? Intermittent fastin*, or longer fasting, then my guts gets only medines in, chemicals vert UNdiluted…. Asperind 80mg, several nitrate compound (te keep veins wide), heart supporting medicines… (had 6x heart attack, also 3x stent placed in coronary veins)…

Been on low carb diet for months , (like 6 months) and just started fasting , stop eating at 8pm , then eat at 11:30 am , 12:00 , and I tell ya it was way way easier than I thought it would be , I have lost 25 pounds so far , I was never obese, just wanted to loose the belly , working so far , kinda hit a brick wall on weight loss , so I started implementing IF , and feel like I am on track again , a year ago I could of never done this , would of been real snappy and mean to family when I haven't ate yet , now I don't feel mood swings at all , not trying to be gross , but I have noticed a alot of diarrhea. Any help with this would be much appreciated , thank you for your videos , I watch em all (I mean) all the time

  7. I’m really curious when it comes to things like OMAD or even skipping a couple days; when you do eat, doesn’t that mean you need to eat A TON so that you’re still powering your body w calories??

  8. There are Buddhist retreats that let you eat only once or twice a day, usually before 12:00 am. You'll get up at 4:00 am.
    And then meditate the rest of the day. The first couple of days can be quite tricky. After that, you wonder why you ever needed more than 6 hours a sleep and more than one meal a day.

  9. I have EBV and leaky gut. Usually hunger is thirst misinterpreted. If I am weak and shaky, I will have a cup of bone broth. I hope I'm not blowing it. It's pure bone broth with Himalayan salt. I try to drink two cups a day but attempt to hold off during my fast time. It takes away my shakes and weakness.

  10. Dricker jag en kopp med grukmeja, kryddnejlika, svartpeppar som té, så tappar jag sötsuget med en gång och har en toppenstart på fastan. Ibland tar jag malört också. Men är försiktig med den. Men väldigt effektiv! Jag har ett stort behov av allt som är bittert. Kan bli äcklad om det blir för mkt sött och sliskigt. Dock gillar min kropp carbs och fett. 🙃

  11. Doc, I'm concerned about Gastric, that if I don't eat, I WILL get Gastric and worse, stomach ulcers – At least what so many hv told me – And I hv got Gastric while trying to fast 🙁

    Pls address this with some solutions
