  3. I am doing intermittent fasting 16/8 for >2 yrs, i definitely lost weight, i returned my shape back after giving birth quite fast. question is how do i reduce even more weight? I feel like for a year now my weight has plateaued or stayed the same, but i would like to reduce the last 2-3Kgs.

  4. Dr. Sten, I have been on 4 months of Intermittent Fasting 16:8 method and I feel okay. However, I went for my blood fest procedure a few days ago and all results are very good except my thyroid function which shows the TSH is high at 4.89 mIU/L. Do you think I should stop IF as I am taking Levothyroxine (Euthyrox tablet 25 microgram) to be taken daily in the morning on empty stomach

I had been doing IF for awhile then we t to OMAD/Warrior diet but I started adding too may bad carbs and that's All I wanted an Never got full ughh I got off track and just cldnt Stop the cravings. So…how do I start again? I want to have bad carbs some of the times but just not let it take control. What do I do?

  9. I was on YOUTUBE the other day and a person had mentioned your YOUTUBE page and to check it out. I've been here for days! I'm 60 and know my body and I've got lazy and fat. With too many carbs I can gain weight rather quickly. If I limit my carb intake I can lose a pound day on average when I pay attention. I've never thought of fasting! I find your videos fascinating and very informative! You speak to us in simple language which we can understand. Thank you for all the great information Dr. Ekberg! You helped save my life!
