  2. I started intermit. fasting and no added sugar 14 days ago. sugar levels ranged from 88 to 113. pretty good I thought. Came down with covid yesterday. and 134,141 testing without major diet change. a few cough drops. How can I combat this?

  6. My dietitian says the opposite eat 3 meals a day, plus 2 serves ot fruit between meals haha, told her about intermitant fasting, she said she never heard of it, of course thats the last time i will see her, to think these people get paid for saying these things,. Good work sten,.

  7. Hey Dr. Ekberg, I am a T2 and have been on Metformin, Farxiga and Glipizide for years.
    If I follow the plan of no sugar, lower carbs, 1 meal per 24 hours, should I consider reducing, tapering or ending these medications, since they look like part of the problem?
