  3. Thank you! Great info! Also I would like to say not allowing your body to always be comfortable is anti aging too. Like allowing yourself to get cold and skipping meals from time to time, (IF). Short bursts of running for a few seconds everyday also keeps the body a little younger. (You pretty much covered all that, but it's worth repeating lol)

  4. Don't smoke, don't drink alcohol more than a little, wear glasses, grew beard if you are man, cut hair every month, keep moving, keep learning, keep working, check your health with doctors regular basis, eat healthy.

  5. Yes, we do not need to age. We age mostly, because we believe we suppose to… plus all our bad habbits and the environmental pollution. So we are getting polluted from inside and outside. That's why: fasting is the solution to the organism's pollution

  6. I don't mind dying – I have to , to get to where I'm going. It's a gateway through which I cannot take my body. But I don't want to spend the last fifteen years of my life in diapers and with Alzheimers. I don't want to be so sick and crippled that I can't take my camera and spend a day chasing birds.

  7. Am in 2021 but your information on anti-aging is quite interesting!!! If we can "Reset Every 10 Years", that would be fantastic, as this may be a way to eliminate issues many people have ie: heart problems; diabetes; cancer, etc., etc..!!!! Wouldn't that be great if you & others could make this a reality for many people on earth!!! Especially children who do not need to be plagued with diabetes, cancer, etc., while growing up!!! Cheers!!!

  8. I am shooting for 120… why? Because I can, lol. I am 70 now and have never had a health issue in my life, except having been run over by a car. My immune system is super strong and my mind is clear as a diamond in the sunlight. So… why not. My only caveat would be that should I get bored before I get there, or if there were a serious change in my mental or physical health, I'll reassess my situation. I think I'll find plenty of things to make my time here on earth productive! So far so good!

  10. No amount of medication will give as good a benefit as living a healthy life, eating proper food and staying active by exercising. (Most) medication just keeps the sick and unhealthy alive!

  11. Last year during a family vacation, I spent 4 weeks in a rural town. I ate very little most of the time but especially the last few weeks, 1-2 times a day but small healthy portions. No fast food, junk food, or pastries. I had no internet so I didn’t use my phone much (only photos). I went to sleep very early (right after sunset) and woke up early with the crowing roosters. It was pretty boring Lol Even my daughters noticed I looked younger, my eyes looked brighter, healthier, less sunken and my face wasn’t a bit saggy. My tummy wasn’t big or bloated. Stress, too much food and sugar, over using devices, not sleeping adequately definitely takes a toll on your health and overall appearance.

  12. Where do 20 and 80 % numbers come from and how reliable are they considering aging is still largely not understood. David’s theory is far from being proven or recognized by scientific circles.
