  1. What about the studies that show eggs can cause prostate cancer, referenced in Michael Greger's book 'How Not To Die'. I want to eat eggs but this scares me away from them.

  2. The problem we have with eggs or on many other product is – Do we believe that the product is what the producers states on the box/tin/packet? Are the free range eggs really free range?
    There are so many firms cheating the public in creating them to create a bigger bank balance! Grow your own is safest for you and your family as you can't trust many these days!

  3. Hej på dig Doctor….will you ever debunk the netflix dokumentär "What the Health"?….Really weird info is being said there, confusing and misleading people. One of them is that "eating one egg has the same effect in the body as smoking 5 cigarettes"….

  4. According to my logic eating meat can't be healthy because the animal want to live .
    Eating a cow part means that you agreed to end that animal life against the animal will .
    There may be some karmic consequences because of that .
    Besides that opening an animal corpse looks very ugly so it can't be healthy .
    It is against common sense and logic .

  5. I never could accept the idea that eggs were bad for me. However, I did believe the lower-salt propaganda, and my salt intake was so low that I could taste the salt in an Oreo cookie (which I did have the sense to quit). Now I realize my disappearing eyebrows were telling me I need the iodine (thanks to your other video).
    I'm at a loss what to tell my doctor who has prescribed blood-pressure-lowering and cholesterol-lowering medications!!!

  6. 4 a day… And i'm near death… LoL. Apart kidding, for me eggs is the best breakfast, nothing like him. I'm not hungry for 4-5 hours after eating egg on breakfast, and i have big energy, also mental, i can train or work better. I usually take 3 or 4 eggs with omega 3 and vitamins on the morning.
