  1. But then what happens to the fats that you consume and don't get used? Since insulin is pretty low the fats won't be stored so then where does it go? just hangs around in the bloodstream until it's used?

  2. My best brain and the rest of me works on low carb, high fat best, with intermittent fasting. tested it many times. This is great, thanks. I have gotten myself adapted to going anywhere from 21 hours to 29 without feeling all that hungry.

  3. Why has it got to be low carb and hi fat? Low carb with minimal sugars, fructose and low fat, high healthy animal and vegetable protein is better. At the end of the day what matters the most is calorie intake, eat less than what the body requires as any excess calorie regardless of its source, carbs or fat will get stored away by the body.
    Also, the efficiency of dieting and fasting is controversial because the body automatically slows down its metabolic rate when it is deprived of calorie intake and may also lead to muscle atrophy.
    It’s better to eat a healthy and well balanced diet and exercise regularly. Don’t eat more than what the body requires.

  4. Every city needs a doctor like you in the community. My dream is that you could train other doctors and the number of doctors with your knowledge could grow with great speed and everyone would have access to the knowledge we need to get healthy!!
    Big Pharma wouldn’t like that, we all need to stand against them.

  5. Honestly, I spend hours watching Dr E's videos!! Sooo much better than a movie!!!
    I am 75 yrs young and have never been to a physician so have not had a diabetic test! However, this man has taught me to eat healthier and I thank you from the bottom of my heart! I bet my blood sugar WAS elevated but It can't be now!! I joyfully eat healthy now!!!
