  4. When I met my wife in Thailand she was skinny. She moved to the U.K. and now she’s fat. Why ? In Thailand she didn’t have enough money for food. Yes she had rice but not enough of it. Now she’s got the resources to eat lots of rice per day plus other sweet foods and deserts . So she moving from involuntary fasting to overeating with an inevitable result.

  7. Those that migrated to non Asian countries put on weight. Example Asian international students studying in the US, put on weight, When returning home, lost that excess weight.

  8. Its not the rice! It's the meat and processed sugar thats the problem! Check out the china study! This guy is missing some major things! Again check out the china study! It will change your life!

  9. It sounds to me in most of your content that the refinement process is the problem of all problems… do it less and increase scarcity and increase nutrients. I don't know why some of these processes are legal. Sounds grim.

  10. I eat white rice but i need to drink b3 and b5 high amounts of it .. it will turn the carbs in to energy. But ultimately we need to eat rice moderately only150grams a day. Thats it
