  1. After learning even just a little bit about saturated fat, it seems bizarre to me that my health tracker app still warns me when I've eaten "too much" saturated fat which is literally every day.

  3. What about ghee Doc. Could you pls cover benefits of ghee, the Indian butter being consumed since thousands of years here in India. We are also least affected countries by covid!!

  4. Thank you Dr. Ekberg, I always watch your channel that even my 7 yr old daughter already memorized your greetings on the first part of your video 🤭🤗😂 thank you for your great information… I learned a lot.

  5. A heart-friendly oil should be cholesterol- and trans-fat free, low in saturated fat and high in monounsaturated fat and polyunsaturated fat, and should have an ideal N6 to N3 acids ratio as well as a high smoking point. Mustard oil meets all these criteria,

  6. consists of six per cent of the omega-3 fatty acids (N-3) and 15 per cent of the omega-6 (n-6) — the two essential fatty acids — in the ideal ratio of 1:2, which is a huge benefit for the heart, as it balances cholesterol levels. This, in turn, reduces triglycerides or blood fat levels, and helps in keeping the heart healthy, experts said.

  8. I hope people don’t turn away because they think they can’t afford it. You don’t always have to do grass fed and organic. It’s better than eating sugar and high carbs!

  9. I enjoy your videos very much, you are very knowledgeable and have a wonderful way of explaining your points. Although I am a bit confused as why olive oil is categorized as a saturated fat. As far as I know it is only 14% saturated fat and the rest are monounsaturated fat (73%) and polyunsaturated fats.
Thanks again for your very informative and helpful videos.

  10. Dear Dr. I've a question here. We can eat carbs alone like bread or rice. They can be a meal. But how to eat saturated fats as a meal? I mean eating butter alone? Or olive oil?
I mean plz give some examples of eating these fats. If we minimise the carbs what and how do we eat to fill stomach!!!!

  11. I enjoy Dr Ekberg's lectures but so much food is knocked off a healthy food list. If I can find grass fed beef and non-farmed fish. Does this mean I can't eat fish, meat and chicken?
Organic food is not that easy to find and it's very expensive.
