  2. I am very confused. two tings are true for me. Eating 2g of every kg of bodyweight and eating as much healty fat as I am full (around 90g a day). (And no more than 50g of carbs daily). If if I reduce my protein the whole math does not work for me anymore.

  3. If I cannot put stevia to my drinks and recipes I'll better put a bullet in my head. The life of this doctor should be miserable eating the exact way he describes.

  4. someone simplify this, can I eat a one pound stake with 20 % 30 %? how much fat, how much protein? and fat is over eating? please no grams, explain in pounds or closes in pounds
