  1. Type 2 Diabetes is a condition that did not exist before processed food and today 1 out of 11 adults in the entire world has the condition and the majority of the world is either prediabetic or is heading that way. We need to start understanding the mechanisms and causes of diabetes properly before it goes even further. 2. It´s awesome how clearly you explain all this, and right at the moment, I heard what it will cost to treat diabetes it´s now guessing why they make it wrong and in most parts of the world, no one even mentions that Carbs and Sugar cause the most threatening diseases. Medicine today is far away from the oath of Hypocrites or the Genfer Declaration. It´s all about money!!!!

  3. I m still working hard on it trust me thanks wonderful, amazing, awesome Dr Berg ,you deserve billions ,l can't even give you a CO PAY 🤣The ALMIGHTY will pay you ,my A1C is going down 🔻.

  4. Dr Egberg l have been following all your advice , about 3 months ago ,l m making lots of progress with intermittent fasting ,my A1C was 9.9 today is 6.9 l wanted to thank you from the bottom of my ❤️May Jehovah keep blessing your family.🙏

  5. Such a clever and articulate doctor! You are absolutely amazing Dr Ekberg – I watch every Youtube video with great interest. I actually learned so much about nutrition by watching yours (and others: Dr Berg, Dr Fong, etc.) videos. This is revolutionary!

  6. Unfortunately, the disease of diabetes feeds the "swamp"… that is, the hospital system, the pharmaceutical system, the food industry, and the growers. Until the Government shows real leadership, all these vested interests will hijack the agenda, and leave the truth to be told by lone voices… that is, the voices of exceptional people like Dr. Sten Ekberg.

  7. Excellent information, great presentation, served to the world on a silver platter. Where is everybody? Oh, wait a minute, I know, they're busy making the problem worse. Why is most of the world in such deep denial concerning the truth about diabetes? This information is such an awesome gift. It's very important stuff. Most people just don't know what they're missing. Thank you Dr. Ekberg. You're a fantastic doctor.

  8. Dr. Ekberg love your channel. But have to say (and what do I know) that I feel more comfortable with the explanation that Glucose (like as in rice) is metabolized differently than sugar containing fructose – per Dr. Robert Lustig Sugar the Bitter Truth

  9. I wonder why the insurance companies don’t require A1C tests yearly. That way people would know early and could do something about the problem and save the insurance companies a great deal of money?

  10. Yes that was really really helpful to us my bad habit of eatinng was pas to us from my parent to me but now that I am getting educated thanks to you I'm teaching my kids how to eat healthier thank you 🙏

  11. This is the best explanation I've ever heard about diabetes!
I can't do intermittent fasting because am too skinny!
    I'm a 64 year old woman with type 2 diabetes who's 5' 4" tall, and presently I'm only 106 lbs, (I was 115 lbs before I started my fasting).
I tried eating 2 meals daily and lost so much weight that I got very skinny, weak and sick; I lost 18 lbs, imagine I was down to 97 lbs!
I'm now having 3 meals daily and trying to regain a few pounds which is very difficult. Not everyone can do intermittent fasting, AND skinny people DO HAVE diabetes!
Thank you Dr. Ekberg for this wonderful video; God bless you.

  12. Hi the thing is people with disabilities don't what to eat only if you could tech what's people with disabilities should eat. For example like fruits some of them have too much sugar,so what should we eat on regular basis? Like a menu, breakfast lunch, supper and breaks.thanks for the your time

  13. The obesity rate is only 1/10 of U.S here in Japan, but the diabetics are about the same in both countries. We also have the fastest growing number of dementia in the whole world. This sums up.

  14. Can you please tell us how to gain weight. Lost too much weight after not eating carbohydrate. Need to put some weight on and keep diabetes away. Is Ensure with calories and not sugar should work?
