  1. Thank you very much for showing the right way to work the core area! I suffer from lower back pain and this exercises are helping me to feel relief. In the future l would love if you can make a video to stay feet after ankle surgery.

  2. As a mid 50s man with "diastasis recti" are these exercises safe? My physiotherapist has recommended to me that I should avoid abdominal exercises. I have been dieting and have lost almost 50 lbs but my goal is around 150-160lbs (about 30-40 lbs away) but have plateaued for about a month now. Any insight?

  3. Kære Sten. Hvor er dette da bare en fantastisk video! Ligesom den, hvor du taler om HIIT i forhold til hormoner, kortisol osv. Jeg burde måske kommentere på den anden video, men HIIT er helt sikkert måden for mig! Mit problem er, at jeg har været inaktiv alt for længe pga. muskelgigt (der i løbet af 7 år vist er fadet ud? 🤷‍♀️), fibromyalgi, migræner og nu også miniskskade, der blev opereret i juli, hvor også Plica-båndet blev fjernet. Det er aldrig gået i orden, selv operationen gik fint, og de har nu fundet ud af, at jeg også har jumper's knee. Jeg har ellers ikke hoppet 😏 – men begge skader er nok kommet af inaktivitet og overvægt. Jeg vil SÅ gerne igang! Og jeg starter genoptræning af jumper's knee i morgen. Men hvilken træning kan jeg lave i mellemtiden? Har tænkt på HIIT på stationær cykel, men vil det ikke stresse et jumper's knee? Det er ganske sikkert inflammeret, da en 15 minutter gåtur gør meget ondt i flere dage efter. Jeg er 42 og for ung til dette her! Det haster mere og mere med at komme igang…! Jeg håber, at det er ok, at jeg spørger. Om du svarer på dansk, norsk, svensk eller engelsk, er mig ligegyldigt.
