  1. Thank you, Dr. Ekberg… I used to drink these holiday drinks at Starbucks, but now the only drink I usually drink there is the Tango Passion iced herbal tea (caffeine free) with only Stevia added to it.

  2. OMGeeesh! TWO Snickers Bars worth of sugar?!! Thank God I learned to make my own lattes years ago. I'm never taking sweetened Starbucks (or Dunkin Donuts) drinks again!

  3. Dr. Ekberg, great video! I think this is the video I will share with all the doubting Thomases I have been talking to about sugar. You kind of put everything in a nutshell! 👍

  4. A Grande WHAT has 48g of sugar?… There are 8+ Holiday Drinks at Starbucks.

I've been drinking Starbucks since 1978 and roasts like Pike are undrinkable now – I just get gas station coffee when they run out of other brews, which they always do.

  5. Hello Doc I wanted to tell you that for the past year and a half that I have been watching all your videos and how you have been such an inspiration for me especially on your topics on keto and IF like how beneficial it is when it comes to losing weight and getting healthy. I've been all along doing keto and fasting and have lost 75 pounds. So anyhow thank you for your inspiration and God bless.

  6. So true. What you said about the culture of indulgence has really been striking me lately. We have an over-abundance of bad food available 24/7, and people say "treat yourself" constantly…. It's too much.

  7. I really like your videos. Thanks for sharing. I´ve been learning a LOT. Hoever, YES, STARBUCKS and anyone who pushes promtoes bad health are to blame. They know the effect of sugar on the body, of course they know and they are selling you poor health on cup un porpuse to make money. That is to blame. Yes!

  8. Doc, You have a ton of haters and to me that means you're spitting the truth and I've picked apart a majority of your analysis and break down of foods, and hormone variable activation and you are spot on ! Keep up the fight ! 👍 Thanks

  9. Fortunately I don’t really like sweet coffee. I’ve had type 1 diabetes since 1970. Probably there is still too much sugar in a whole-milk latte with no sweetener for my good, but it’s not quite as bad as the sugary drinks.

  10. Thank you for your service Dr. Ekberg! The high school kids drink these like crazy! Here in Oregon we have a Dutch bro's across the street from the High School as well. UGH
