  3. I practiced intermettent 21-3 ratio while implement keto. I basically consume zero carbs during the period..well i try too. My eating window is 8pm to 11 period.I eat a lot of meat and leaf veg with cheese.I used butter for any stir fry.I don't feel hungry at all during the day and walk 2 km every two days and chose route that have constant elevation. Its dope when u literally feel the fats melt off…everyday u look different ..crazy

  6. there are Japanese health Epistle talking about feces transplant – very simple just inject diluted feces from HEALTHY lean person to a fat person through abdominal direct. The result is: these fat people do GET THIN a few months later!!!!!!!! so, could U give a talk on how to create a thin person's microbiome profile manually by eating what kind of food ??
