  2. Again, don't believe everything Mr.Ekberg tells you unchecked. Artificial sweeteners are one of the most researched substances and the last big meta-analysis made by the EU has concluded that they are no negative effects from AS in the amounts you normally drink. The horror stories you read about rats and cancer are completely misguided. You need to drink 1500 to 1900 cans of soda per DAY to get the same amount these rats were given. You would die from the water in the soda first, because 7l of water is a deadly dose.
    So please keep the fear grounded with scientific evidence.

  3. I drink coffee without sugar. I quit sugar mostly. I also drink unsweetened herbal tea, though I discovered some had stevia in them. That doesn't taste too bad but I would like the option to just have the dried herbs without sweetener, I don't need to have the sweet tooth back!

  5. I've been on keto since June 2021. It's now the end of October 2021 and I have lost 25lbs. I don't have any sugar cravings.
    If I smell sugary donuts as I pass a bakery I feel nauseous. So glad I left sugary killers behind.
    My new motto is, thin tastes better.
