  3. You'll never get the benefit of intermittent fasting if you still eat crappy/junk food during your eating window. The first thing you must avoid when doing intermittent fasting is sugar and refined carbs because it'll only make you more starving and lethargic during your fasting window..

  4. Skipping breakfast is proven to be bad for your health. Search Pub Med. Skipping breakfast and all cause mortality. It is NOT good for you. The autophagy benefits are also being hyped up.

  5. My question is, and I'm sure someone else may be in the same situation, how do you maintain a fast if you take medication (or vitamins) that say "Take with food." ? I take medication that I'm hoping to get off of and if I take it on an empty stomach, or even just water, it makes me feel sick to my stomach. How do you overcome this while fasting without breaking the fast? And, the fasting I'm talking about is a full 24hrs or more without food. Obviously with OMAD this wouldn't be a problem.

  6. Health Champion here👋. I was doing IF 16:8 and low cal diet I lost 3 stones and 6lbs. for 8 months. I keep following and watching your videos as it's very informative and i want to learn how the works. Now I've reached my goal weight but i want to make it as a lifestyle, i changed my diet to IF and low carb / keto diet. Any suggestion / advice will be greatly appreciated. I'd like to ask what is about my partners case he taking maintenance for High Blood pressure and type 2 diabetes. He also lost 3 stones but still doing research right diet for him.
