  4. Thank you Dr Sten, I wish I would have found you years ago. I have now been following your teachings on weight loss and intermittent dieting. So far I have lost 12 lbs in 4 weeks and feel much better post covid

  5. So far I know, the glucose produced by protein is "on demand", like, produces only the amount that the brain needs. You can't create insulin resistance because the glucose produced is not that much

  6. I start out great but by afternoon I blow it all. Thankfully I eat goid clean foods. The only fast foods,I eat, once a month, are 1 slice of pizza or Chick FilA. I haven't eaten McD's, Burger King or any other fast foods for 40 years. I never eat Dunkin. Yet I've got fat belly. Its not fair 😣
