    Is the damage irreparable ? Too late ? I feel that I’ve been poisoning my body all my life.

  2. Dr Sten, while fascinating, is too extreme. IMO – chemical sweetners have been around a long long time now. To the best of my knowledge, no one has died from a Sweet and Low OD. We as humans have strong feelings for pleasure, so my choices are natural or man made sweetness. I choose sucralose or aspartame in minimal quantity.
