    I fast 14-18 hrs a day, but beyond that, I don't know what would be the best eating plan for me…..

I do wonder why some people just stay naturally slim despite of their unhealthy diet throughout their life and others struggle and have to adhere to every tiny advice in order to keep their shape. I have a friend who eats terribly and doesn't exercise at all. skinny. how is he able to keep his metabolism so strong??

  7. 6:45 I don't understand this explanation here. eating low fat makes you fat/triggers insulin because all people who eat low fat naturally eat more carbohydrates. says who? shouldn't that assumption been stated as just that, an assumption? or am I misunderstanding?

  8. The wrong way is not getting a full body workout! I eat 2500-3000 calories with lots of protein like eggs and steak a day and have lost 7lbs total body weight. Work that core by lateral pull downs, crunches, plank. Bench press, squats, pull ups, all works core as well. Eat foods that boost your hormones. More testosterone helps build muscle and lean body mass index.
