  1. I'd like to see a meal plan from Sten.. that'd be good. I've been following Sten for a few months now and I've lost 6Kg (now 78kg/6ft tall man) – amazing stuff.

  2. He's right about some of these foods, but soy is super healthy, as is oatmeal (but steel cut oats are best). Also, as long as you aren't eating too much fat (which creates insulin resistance), eating some homemade whole grain bread is very healthy.

  3. I have recently heard about ehh white bread. I have made it and it is very good. however after seeing this video I am worried about this product. Maria Emmerich is the creator of this bread. It is part of the PSMF Protein Sparing Modified Fast diet. I would be very interested in your comments. Thank you.

  4. Yea I don't know if the doctors really don't know about the damage of carbs and sugers, but my family doctor told me to eat a scup of iecrem for to night, and was not happy when she realized I wasn't gonna do that

  5. There are many local fruits that have not been tampered with. The statement "eat fruits as sparingly as candy" I feel is misleading.

    Just like in the days past, all carbs was put together (refined, unrefined, whole etc) you are clubbing refined sugars and fruits which have so much more to offer (vitamins, minerals, phyto nutrients, fiber, micro biome etc).

  6. Thanks so such for these information you really simplify everything for easy and quick understanding. Can you please recommend what raw vegans should eat and should not eat as fruits are their staple food. Fructose as you mentioned are very bad and which can cause conditions of fatty liver.

  7. Yes, salmon is in the 'Great' section, but there was another video I saw, where they explained about how is salmon fed with nasty fish granules and treated with pesticides. Which means that this fish is a modern kind of fish as the 'fruit today' and not what our ancestors ate.

    but if you eat no sugar at all and vegan food only then fruit cant hurt you, or if you strip you may get hypo effect as its not good to go too much left or too much right but keet the balace and by doing sport every day you need fuel, please correct me.

  9. It does not make sense to claim that bread like rye bread is unhealthy. I understand that processed food and sugar in general is unhealthy, but rye bread, oat meals etc. are purely good for your health. Carbs are not dangerous πŸ˜‘ It all comes down to having an active lifestyle and eating nutritious, balanced food. The fact that some healthy foods make your blood sugar rise it does not make it unhealthy.

  10. You see it all the time with parents encouraging their kids to eat this poison. Just take a glance in their grocery carts sometime. It's amazing how much ignorance is out there and lazy parenting. I mean, haven't people been educated enough now to know the basics….it's because they don't care. Simple as that. Instead of making it about themselves and keeping the kids temporarily satisfied, they should start taking control of their position as a parent and grow up.
