  1. Doc, when fasting how about our stomach? Is it ok to let them screaming with pain when they don't get food that they usually get. I have some serious discomfort in my belly when fasting and some mental breakdown sometimes like getting angry or sometimes rage with no apparent reason.

  2. Two times I started low carb diet, and two times I got a severe gout attack. So please let it be clear that it is for everyone possible. This side should warn people that it could have side effects. Yes , I am back to a carbo high diet, but without the terrible pain

  3. I've been fasting regularly for years now. then I drink 400ml of water at a time and put a little bit of all 6 electrolytes in the water every morning and pee every +_ 70 minutes. I eat 5 to 10 days a month and my longest period of fasting was 25 days. The most interesting thing about fasting is the reason why you break the fast, it says a lot about who you really are. And of course Meditation and Breathing techniques are part of fasting.

  4. Hi, My wife had a hernia operation a few year ago and the Physician advised that she could never have certain food or drinks and this includes ACV. Would love to year you comments on that. There is an article that said you can fix a hernia with ACV. Maybe ACV is widely misunderstood, or was bad 5 years ago and now its good and will be bad again in 12 years?? Who knows.

  5. I've been on a 16/8 fasting schedule for about 6 months now and a few weeks ago I started with the ACV again, helped me to get past my weight loss stagnation. I only started to work out December last year after about 15 years of doing nothing, I think the only thing that helped me avoid obesity was that I had ACV almost daily, my system does very well with it. Hopefully that with the fasting and working out can help me lost the last 5kg's I need to shed.

  6. Would love some help for people like me who have SIBO, poor stomach function, not sure about IR, but I'm also under weight. I'm 5' 9" 118 lbs, 64 yrs old. I don't need to lose weight! I'm trying IF and increasing my fats, but I still lose weight easily. p.s. I'm also borderline hypothyroid which is opposite what I should be with low weight. Please make a video to help under weight people like me. (I do take HCL with my meals)

  8. I lost a stone 14Lb since I started cutting carbs and sugar and eating more good fat, but I’ve stalled a bit and I’m thinking that stopping drinking Apple Cider Vinegar is probably a major factor in this. I’m also thinking it’s time I fasted for maybe 48 hours.
