  1. I live by myself. I like to have ripe
    avacado somewhere in the first
    three courses when I break my
    fast. When I open the fruit &
    there are newly oxidized areas
    of darkened flesh is it okay to
    eat? Seems to taste the same
    when I sampled a little bit.

  2. If the body instinctively acts to adjust its metabolism rate to enhance survivability, is it not counter productive to go through fasting and dieting?
    If the body is unable to get rid of excess glucose from carbohydrates but stores it away as fat, will it not, in a keto diet, similarly continues to store any excess fat intake away, building up the fat stockpile instead of getting rid of them?

  3. I used to eat 6 times a day because I had read in MENS HEALTH magazine that I needed to eat like this to keep my metabolism up. This was 15-20 years ago. I wish I knew this info back then.

  4. Well, I'm eating OMAD and still not losing weight, walking more than 20k feet, very low carbs, and sugar, I was reduced from 79 to 67, and now is going up thru 68. The only thing is sleeping, only 5-6 hours. The only thing I'm eating is forbidden is Kiwi, 'cause costive. Any suggestions?

  7. I have a question. First let me say, by using the advice of listening to you, Dr. Mindy, & Dr. Fung I have lost 79 pounds over a 10-month period and I am keeping it off. Thank you. My question, I'm having difficulty losing the 'stomach fat' and I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. The stomach has gone down but lately, I'm having constipation along with this bloating feeling and I'm not sure why that is. I don't even have a clue of where to begin. Any suggestions on where to begin would be very helpful. I thought that maybe it's time for me to add exercise (as I don't currently). Maybe some resistance training or some stress-free aerobic activity. Any help or suggestions are appreciated.

  9. But Dr. Ekberg, its not a flawed system to interfere with symptoms. The food and pharma industry simply has different goals:
    They want us sick and dead. Those two industries have been run by Eugenicist psychopaths for quite some time now. They earn obscene amounts of money by misinforming and poisoning people. The food industry gets kick-backs to turn their food customers into pharma customers asap.
