  3. I take a melatonin strawberry dissolve at night. It is indeed sweet. So small though. It has sucrose and maltodextrin. So did I just fast 3 days for nothing?

  4. @Dr. Sten Ekberg – So I am mostly doing OMAD (23:1) but what I would like to do is have a second “meal” of just 2-3 cups green leaf lettuce with a little olive oil, vinegar, a little lemon juice, and a couple of sliced kalamata olives. I am hoping this doesn’t mess up the autopilot and insulin sensitivity. Any thoughts?
