  1. When I play Ekberg’s COVID video I’ll know where he’s coming from beneath the simplified smooth delivery. Many of his nutrition & psych advice fellow influencers did brief homage to COVID RW Big Brother in 2020 then returned to like & sub reasonable content.

  2. I know this is an old video but what about muscle memory? Is there such a thing? If a person stops excercising a part of the brain gets less stimulated, but if they start excercising again is it the brain or the muscles that remembers?

  3. I very much enjoy and benefits the information delivered by this an up until calling man an animal.
    God created man in His image.
    God also created every animal and not in His image.
    Sometimes being smart makes one think they are smarter then God.
    This is called pride.

  4. This is very true. I'm in my 20s, I eat too often, don't exercise, and for many years have had horrible memory loss, my brain does not function at all, I've given up on life. There were other factors but those are the biggest contributors. Take care of yourself and love yourself.
