  1. I have just found your channel and its great, lots of important information here. I have a feeling I'll be watching you a lot. My health has taken a small dip recently so this is the thing I need, thank you! just about to go for a run, meditation later and a pan full of lentils chickpeas and root veggies….but no grains you advise? Is there anywhere you go into the reason why you don't recommend grains? Specifically beans and lentils (I think these are pulses actually? but I didnt see them in your list of healthy food) Thanks

  2. As it happens I’m on intermittent fasting at the moment, just finished my high intensity workout and got meditation on the schedule for later. It’s v rare I’m doing everything right for once lol 😂
