  1. Dr Ekberg, I love love your videos.
    I do not eat procesed food, nor fast food, I eat veggies, not so much meat, I don't like it…basically I would say I eat healty.
    But, I do use sugar, brown unrefined sugar cane sugar. I just can't get use to any of the sweeteners, but I use sugar only for my coffe, like 10gr a day…that is all. For backing I use friut puree, any fruit I have…dates apples, banana, pumpkin,plums.
    I hope these 10gr a day won't cause any of the named side-effects.
    Interesting, I've seen lots of video on sugar and noone is talking about moderate or low use of sugar so it is easy to misunderstand how much of sugar would actually do harm.
    I m sure my 10gr won't!!!
    Or, I m wrong??🤔

  2. I'm very interested in how human body works. Can someone answer me why does immune system can't secret enough insulin to lower the glucose within normal homeostasis and not stimulate hunger because of not enough glucose? – 5:32

  3. Thanks dr Ekberg, always very informative ! May a suggest a new video ? It would be interesting to explain what happens to
    fructose metabolism while exercising. Is it equally harmful or less harmful ? Is it burnt immediately ? All sport drinks and snacks are full of fructose, should they better be avoided even under intense activity ?

  4. @Dr.StenEkberg I run and bike on a daily basis. On longer training sessions; while running for over 1h or while biking for over 60km, I need to fuel to keep my energy up. Most of what is offered on the market are sugar-filled: bars (I'm looking at you Clif), gels, jujubes, etc. How can I substitute those foods with a healthier alternative that will provide me with the energy I need? Thanks!

  5. I used to believe that I was resigned to be a Cookie Monster but changing my diet to include more fat and less carbs, has diminished my lifelong sweet tooth. I truly appreciate Dr. Ekberg's valuable information. More people need to know the truth presented in this channel. Thank you!!!
