  1. Day 6 of intermittent fasting and my arthritis pain is practically gone. Food definitely affects
    inflammation. I lost weight and increased energy but the pain reduction is WONDERFUL.

  2. I had Covid and the Norovirus at the same time and I was fasting for a week and I notice my mind was more sharper and my legs wasnโ€™t swollen anymore. I lost a lot of weight during this fast and I believe it was a lot of water on me. Fasting is very good for the body.

  3. I am on my first water fast, AND I HAVE TO SHARE SOMETHING… all of the "science" statesman have said that COFFEE (black) doesn't break your fast, it doesn't interrupt Ketosis or Autophagy. That MAY BE TRUE, but I have consumed 3 cups of coffee in 2 days of my 4 day fast so far and there is a distinct pattern! 1 cup of coffee brought back my hunger pains to the ORIGINAL 24-36 HOUR extent, and tonight I consumed 2 cups of black coffee in 10 hours, and after the second one MY HUNGER PAINS WERE SO INTOLERABLE, had I not undergone this fast for "Spiritual" results; meaning if I were just doing this for myself, physically, I WOULD HAVE UTTERLY BROKE MY FAST TONIGHT!!!! IT WAS INTOLERABLE!!!

    Green tea has not triggered hunger pains, and I was just fine with water, but the coffee sets something off in the body and it SCREAMS FOR FOOD! DON'T DO IT UNLESS YOU ENJOY SUFFERING!

  4. 5 years ago i fasted for 3 days. I broke that fast because my wrists ached badly. I don't know why. Of course a few hours after i started eating, that pain went away.
    2 years ago i fasted for 7 days drinking lots of green tea and taking serra peptase capsules (about 4 times the recommended dose per day) I had no problems during this fast.

  5. tbh .. as an office worker, it's increddibly easy to pretty much always do 18/6 and every now and then do OMAD
    (combine it with low carb high fat and you won't run into the munchies, which makes OMAD quite easy. and that's me saying it … a guy who pretty much all his life ate dessert and had a strong sweet tooth. Add drinking more water (often you think you're hungry but you just need a glass of water and it's gone) and you're perfectly fine with 18/6 / OMAD / +)

  7. You should use a different thumbnail as you can see the shirt and the wrinkles are the same in both pictures of the girl. It doesn't help when it seems that the images are misleading. I am not saying your system doesn't work, it is just when something sounds too good to be true it usually is, especially when the before and after pictures are fake.

  8. Brother ! Me and my friends we are in sport almost whole life . And we can tell you that with fasting only two days we feel less and less powers , burning muscles even our libido gets lower hah . Yes we lose fat to but it;s not worth it . Yes we know its good for our health to do some fast profilaction couple of times in the year . Thats our opinion speaking from experience ๐Ÿ™‚

  9. What if Iโ€™m fasting 48 hours per week then doing a 20-8 intermittent fast in between
    Example: Monday breakfast 9am high fat no carb Skip Tuesday Wednesday 9am high fat no carb. Thursday wake up high fat no carb Friday Saturday Sunday. Same thing every week am hurting anything? I feel great

  10. Look, guys, make sure you're not taking this as the gospel. Don't go on prolonged, medically unsupervised fasts. People have died after even less than a month. You don't know the underlying conditions you might have and some have died after breaking the fast because they started up their metabolism the wrong way.
