  4. I'm 73 with a degree in Biology (Pre-Med) and a year of Med School (I volunteered for Vietnam as a Hospital Corpsman), in all my training, I've never heard of autophagy as a healthy practice. I'm currently on a 18:6 intermittant fasting regime and loving it.

  5. My wife is always trying to feed me I don’t eat lunch I eat a light breakfast most of the time. Sometimes I don’t even eat breakfast and I eat dinner she thinks I’m going to whither away. Yet she is ravaged with arthritis needs a hip replacement four mini strokes leads a set a sedimentary lifestyle. She won’t watch these videos says that Dr. Ekberg is not a doctor. Her diet consist of two bottled Starbucks Frappuccino‘s for breakfast when she gets up at noon then for dinner whatever she cooks a lot of snacking on pretzels and potato chips that itself is going to be bad. A liter and a half bottle of wine a day. How is she maintaining her health I’ll never know. Why do I get the feeling that it’s about to come back and bite her. I keep my carbohydrates as low as possible I’ve lost 40 pounds since I retired three years ago.

  7. The thing I’ve noticed about Dr. Ekberg is that his look of good health seems to be coming from the inside out. He kind of has a glow about him. That’s what I want. And thanks to his videos, I now have the knowledge to get there.
