Your clear, science-based explanations have opened my eyes to avoid the slippery slope of insulin resistance.   2. Hey Dr Sten – it’s Owen and Theresa. So at 7:05 you talk about excess glucose pathways into fat cells. At what point does your glucose start feeding cancer cells? Is it upon excess or is it that all glucose gets to your cancer cells in some form or another?

  3. I am a nurse. I hear a lot of misstakes about insuline. "That older people makes little insuline and that why they have diabetes. Look ad me, I eat all I want and I don't have diabetes."
    But I am really sure that all what you do during your entire life can help you to be healthy or sick at old days.
    At the nursury school your learn that the standard diet is the best.😭
