  1. I started Keto three months ago and I have seen a huge shift in how I feel. My fibromyalgia symptoms have gotten a lot better. I also track my HRV and this video really explains what happens.   3. If people who eat lots of sugar and carbs get sick, then why after being on keto for 3 months did I get the flu so badly I had to be hospitalized….I know I lost over 22 lbs in 3 months. And my stomach issues were pretty much healed. But I've never been that sick in my life. And it took about 10 days for me to recover.

  4. Excellent information Dr. Sten. My daughter (31) has SO many health issues. I'm sure her para….aaaa….aaa Whatever you said is way off! Always off! My hope is that someday we get her back to some kind of good health. But, I know in her case that will probably not happen. Just too many issues. Maybe though, if we really concentrate on this information, it could help some of her physical issues. Thanks. Your videos are always full of valuable information.
